The Challenge
UCSB Arts & Lectures needed a new website that could do justice to their ambitious programming while handling complex sales and technical requirements. The existing setup couldn't manage the nuances of their ticketing: student ID-based access, promo codes, layered on-sale statuses, and account-based availability all needed to work seamlessly together. On top of that, staff needed to be able to update event listings quickly and easily.
The Approach
Jixaw delivered a complete website redesign built on a customized Umbraco CMS, fully integrated with Tessitura and UCSB's student ID system. Key features included:
